We offer two workshops to address your experience at Columbia. We will discuss: • Academics (on 2/15) - How to maximize your experience in class and with professors. How and when to get to know professors, expectations, participating in class, collaborating with other students, asking for help and more. • Social Life (on 3/1) - How to balance new friends and romantic relationships. How to navigate forming new relationships when living in a language and a culture that are not your own. Getting comfortable. Learning new social norms. Managing expectations. Feeling lonely.

This hands-on, sequential 3-session workshop will provide practical tools for couples who wish to strengthen their relationship. Topics include: • Understanding Relational Expectations and Beliefs • How to Nurture the Positives in the Relationship • How to Improve Problem Solving Ability and Communication Skills Eligibility: For couples only. One member of couple must be a current Columbia student who has paid the Health Services Fee.
