Join GS Student Life and Associate Dean of Wellness, Amber Griffiths, for a workshop and discussion on managing stress and promoting wellbeing. During this interactive workshop and discussion, students will learn how to recognize stress, how stress can affect their well-being, and various strategies to manage stress and promote wellness.
