Teach students the skills necessary to cope with the stresses of college life, make wise lifestyle choices and be academically successful.
While Columbia delivers many programs and activities to support the skills necessary to cope with the stresses of college life, these programs are often underutilized. Columbia is committed to working to more effectively educate our students about available programming, while enhancing our programming to further promote communication skills, resilience, managing finances, conflict resolution and bystander training.
